1.1 LEADER Leadership is a person whose can influence a person for accomplish their objective in organisation to make it more cohesive and coherent. As we know leadership try to influence a group or person to achieve their goal or target. ( lark/leadcon. html) Always leader will create their own vision first. This vision must have the deep meaning and leaders must make the best vision as symbol to organisation.
