Framework of a Successful Team
There are many criteria necessary in building an effective team. Specific steps can be executed for a productive team to emerge. We can examine the framework of a successful team to see how this can be achieved.
Critical Elements to Creating a Team
When establishing a team it is important to consider several attributes that help to facility a high performance team.
Effective Leadership - Every team needs a leader to drive the team to success. To be effective the leader must allow input from the team members. It is important to keep the individual input organized for everyone to keep the direction clear. An effective leader will need to make decisions and assign tasks to team members in line with the team goal. It is the responsibility of the leader to steer the team’s direction in an atmosphere where the environment allows open communication, everyone is involved, individual skills are used to benefit the team, and the goals remain clear. Clear Direction - Every team needs a clear goal to embrace and be empowered with. Teams are challenged with the different backgrounds, experiences as well as personal goals or objectives they wish to achieve in the project. The direction must be clear enough for the team to understand what is required for success and what each team member must do to achieve that.
Cooperation and Empowerment- It is not enough that a team is composed of skilled members. The key to team dynamics is being able to work together. Gadeken (2012) indicates that many team members may come to a team environment use to doing their own thing. The team can have a superior combined skill set, but if they are unable to work together their expertise will be marginalized (p. 43).

Consumer behavior plays a large role in how successful a business is in selling their products or services to the consumer. If people believe the business is not ethically sound and conducts business in a professional honest manner they are less likely to purchase the product or offer any positive reviews for others to buy it as well. In the political aspect if it does not agree with your method or beliefs in politics you may be less likely to purchase the product. Consumers really do a lot of research when buying products. ...Diagnostic Model The model I have chosen to apply to my two companies is the 7-S Framework model. I believe that this model is the best model to identify and measure the important aspects of my two organizations performances. Tom Peters and Robert Waterman developed the model in the early 1980’s. The 7-S Framework model helps to analyze the organizations position to achieve. It focuses on if they can achieve its intended objective or will it fall through. Kluckhohn and Strodtbeck developed a sociological framework which is made up of six dimensions: time orientation, space orientation, activity orientation, relationships among people, relations to nature, and basic human nature (Ahlstrom & Bruton, 2010, pp. 44-45). It is important to have a good leader in order to having an effective team. In the magazine article “La Vida Robot”, Davis describes Oscar Vazquez as “a born leader”.
