Abstract
In my Arizona family we have a tradition were on the birthday of one of the males in the family, the other men in the family pay for the night out. It can become a long night as you can imagine, but the birthday boy has a good time. The plan is usually Hooters for dinner and who are we kidding the scenery, a movie, happy hour and or a gentlemen’s club after. Contrary to popular belief, Hooters does have very good food and the service is good. The waits are not long even doing peak hours and you don’t feel like your needs are not being met. I will discuss the operation process for beer and food at Hooters and any areas I think that can be improved in the process, if any. The operation Hooters currently has in place is very efficient and effective to the lay person. I think that their approach is how most diners handle peck hours, which is separate the floor into smaller manageable areas and constantly check the clients. The servers watch their client’s drinks and food levels periodically to make sure that they are not lacking. There are always a set number of clean glasses ready for beer refills, because that is one of Hooters primary products. They also keep a specific number of staff members at the facility doing peak hours in order to avoid customer service issues.

Hooters & Hot Wings The Hooters we visit is medium size. One complaint I have about the Hooters is that the bathroom is small and can only accommodate two customers, male or female. Hooters has two products that are their primary focus, Beer and Hot Wings. When the waitress sits you, what you will notice is she will ask you what kind of beer are you drinking?
