Autobiography Born October 20, 1993 in East Los Angeles into a Mexican family with a beautiful mother and an influential father, I always wanted to be just like both of them. Soccer has been my way of life ever since I could remember. Since I was in the womb. I got my first soccer cleats before I was a one year old. Before I could even walk. We lived in a small house all the way on top of the hill. I don’t remember much of that place since I was too young to remember anything from that time. I just know that it was packed with all of my father’s brothers and sisters lived there. Along with their husbands and wives. I only remember the days from when we moved into the valley. I’ve always looked up to my dad. I remember he used to tell me stories about how back in Mexico they used to cut a hole in the school fence and sneak into the field just to play soccer. All of his stories about adventure always had me entertained, and still do. When I was younger I would want to dress like him and imitate almost all of his acts. From the boots and sombrero he would wear to the flavor of the soda he would choose at McDonalds. He’s always pushed me to go for success. He’s a part-time coach in a way. If it wasn’t for my dad I don’t think I’d have that hunger and strive to move forward with things. My mom is pretty much the opposite of my father. She’s calm and one of the kindest people out there. She’ll never make me do something I wouldn’t want to do. My mom is honestly the base of our family. She’s the kind of person that’ll probably miss a meal just to make sure you had something to eat. My mom constantly sends out money to help out our family in Mexico and she’ll never forget someone’s birthday. My mom’s just thoughtful and respectful before anything else. She might not have stories about running from the law like my father, but I…...

Box 66, Mongo Bay #2 St. James October 16, 2012 Dear Sir/ Madame, I am writing on behalf of the Students` Council body for the 2012-2013 academic year. As an assiduous and determined group we have great plans to improve the outlook that both students and staff have of the Students` Council body by putting great effort into improving, to the best of our abilities, this noble institution. As you are well-aware technology is now the order of the day and as such, in order to successfully execute plans one need not only to be technologically competent, but must also be equipped with the necessary technological devices. Presently, the Student Council room is void of a computer to assist us whereas paperwork is concerned. This proves to be a major setback as one of our main objectives is the initiation of a school newsletter. We are dedicated to the process of making this happen but we need your help. It is, therefore, up on the advice of our academic advisor, Mr. Fleher, and our principal, Dr. Samuels, that we approach you requesting a computer, whether new or used, to be placed in our office. Your donation will bring us closer to our goal. Thank you in advance for your consideration. We await your timely response. Precious Family

...In Precious’ life, the breakdown of the family functions does not align with the ideal. While most families in America struggle to control and regulate the sexual behavior of their children through sex education programs and chastity programs, Precious’ mother encourages the sexualization of her young daughter. Precious is raped on a consistent basis by her father, Carl, from the age of seven onward and ends up having two children by him. Her mother is also responsible for sexually molesting Precious and blames Precious for Carl’s raping her, saying that she stole her husband and is a slut just asking for it. Precious’ mother does not provide for “new members of society,” her child Precious and grandchildren Little Mongo and Abdul. She relies on the state to provide for herself and her family and does not work or leave the apartment. By not trying to rise above their poverty or protect her daughter from being raped, Precious’ mother does not provide for the economic and emotional maintenance of herself or her child. Also, she does not act as the primary socialization for Precious, instead sending Precious to the kitchen to spend most of her time cooking and alone. When they are together, they are eating on the couch while watching television and not socializing at all. If Precious’ mother had protected her daughter from Carl and taken more of an interest in being a mother and providing for her child, Precious’ life would have been much different and the functions of the......

Interview Analysis 2

...Steven Mongo. After 6 week of searching for him, police officers were finally able to track him down and bring into homicide so Det. Entenok and Det. Carlin could interrogate him. Det. Carlin starts off the interrogation by telling the suspect that his name has come up in their investigation. The suspect (Steven Mongo) points at himself and says not me. Det. Carlin tells Steven that he might not be aware but the Ya Ya Market has video surveillance. And then they show him the video. When Det. Entenok shows Steven the video, he ask the suspect who it is on the video. The suspect looks and points at the screen and says, that’s me. They didn’t even have to ask if he was in the video, he pointed himself on the video. Then there was a person that walked up behind him and the detectives asked who that was behind him and he points at the screen again and says, “That’s Darrell. Darrell Coleman”. Det. Carlin says to Steven, “we were told by witnesses that the two people that robbed the store got into a van together”. The suspect denied getting into a van. Then he was placed under arrest and put in handcuffs and taken to the jail for processing and charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. I think the detectives used the direct accusation approach. The suspect already put himself there at the scene of the robbery murder so no further interview techniques were needed. Detectives now put their focus on the other named suspect, 24 year old, Darrell Coleman. Steven Mongo......

...independent distributors collect the data and place orders daily, as it relates to the store or point of service location. Each independent distributor maintains a handheld computer. Based on trends from previous sales cycles, the computer will suggest the amount to order. However, the distributor takes into consideration the holidays, time of the month and current sales. Organization 2: Mongo the Mongolian Fire Pit (Mongo) Following the chase strategy, locally owned Mongo has built a viable business. Mongo offers healthy alternatives for its targeted audience. Customers can customize their meal from the fresh vegetables, a variety of meat options, sauces, and rice offered. Once their selection is completed, their meal is cooked to order on a grill. Since the restaurant is not a franchised business, the owner must rely on previous sales trends and the availability of seasonal items. One other factor the owner must consider when purchasing or ordering food and supplies is the influx of non-targeted audience members. There are several pros and cons of using the chase strategy. A pro in the case of Mongo is that the owner supplies a product where the customers can select what they want. The con of this restaurant is that it may become costly if sales drop or inaccurate factors are used. Challenges The purpose of the Chase Strategy is to detect the market he or she wants to target. Once the market is identified, then the company can build a database of those who show an......

B.1 Features of MongoDB  Flexibility during initial phases of development and design.  Horizontal scalability is infused an inbuilt feature in Mongo  User friendly tools to transfer data between different databases  Inter compatibility between implementation in various programming language [30]. 5. B.2 Operations: MongoDB allows these operations:  Insert – Adds new documents to a collection.  Find – Retrieves documents from a collection.  Update– Updates documents of a collection.  Remove – Removes a document from a collection [23][10]. 5. B.3 Security Since Mongo data files are unencrypted, they are prone to attacks. To lessen this, the application must actively encrypt every sensitive information before writing into the DB and also prevent unauthorized access. As Mongo uses java script for internal language, it is also prone to potential script injection attacks. Authentication is not provided in sharded clusters of Mongo DB [13]. 5. B.4 Partitioning/ Sharding Sharding enables segregating of data in numerous machines. MongoDB allows automated partitioning as a built in feature. This feature allows horizontal scaling across many processors (nodes). Sharding combined with replication leads to availability of a highly mountable......

...project was conducted primarily to determine the effectiveness of “Sapal” in restraining bean weevil for longer storage of leguminous seeds. Simple process was undertaken. The materials were prepared before performing the experiment. The 150 grams of mongo seeds were used as the experimental set-up and 150 grams for control set-ups. One piece of mature coconut was grated and dried, 75 grams of “Sapal” was mixed with 150 grams of mongo seed, and also with 150 grams of string bean seeds. The ratio of mixing was 2:1 seeds and “Sapal”. After mixing, it was placed in separate sieves and allowed to dry under the sun for 6 hours. Then, the experimental seeds were placed in separate jars properly labeled; likewise with the jars of the control separately placed and also properly labeled. The bottles were kept in a cabinet seed bank safe to avoid being accidentally destroyed by people and animals. The seeds were observed weekly and whatever observations noticed for a period of one month were recorded. Result of the study showed that using “Sapal” as Weevil Repellant in Storing String Bean and Mongo Seeds is effective. The researchers concluded that “Sapal” is an effective medium in preventing the attack of weevil on beans and mongo during storage. ____________________________________________________________________________ INTRODUCTION Legumes are one of the most valuable plants grown in the country.
